We are on the look out for…
Commercial Property/Construction Lawyer – A commercial property lawyer with niche non-contentious construction expertise (3+ years PQE). This person will ideally have broad ranging experience including in building contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties, and ancillaries such as performance bonds, novation agreements, etc. This role will be based within our large commercial property team, working closely with our litigation team and our contentious construction experts.
Commercial Property Secretary – A minimum of 5 years’ secretarial property experience is required for this role. We are hoping to find someone that is looking to develop their skills within a busy and thriving commercial property environment. Excellent attention to detail and client focus is essential.
Wills Trusts & Probate Lawyer – An experienced lawyer (5 years + PQE) to join our highly-regarded Wills, Trusts and Probate team, preferably be STEP and SFE qualified, or willing to work towards it. S/he should also have excellent people skills, work well alone or as part of a team, and must have a broad range of experience, able to cover the full spectrum of private client work for a varied client base.
Wills Trusts & Probate Secretary – An experienced secretary who must have worked in a similar role previously and have a good understanding of this area of the law.
