We advised on a construction issue relating to the class of beneficiaries. Multiple successive life tenancies terminating recently on death of last life tenant. Now apparent that trustees had invested in bonds producing capital growth only which had been paid to last life tenant. Issues relating to the exercise of trustees’ powers and discretion in relation to occupation of trust property.
