We acted on a claim against a building contractor for delays and defective works arising from a domestic building contract for extension works to the client’s main residence, with a contract value of £108k plus VAT.

Our advice included reviewing video evidence; meetings with the supervising architect; preparing and issuing the letter of claim; reviewing the defendant’s response with Counsel in conference and issuing proceedings in the Technology and Construction Court.
