Former builders’ merchants and garden nursery sites in a North Warwickshire village have been transformed into luxury properties.

A total of 27 houses have been created across two housing developments in Corley by property development company, the Cassidy Group.

Homes have been built at Corley Gardens and The Oaks, some of which have already been sold, while others are set to go on the market soon.

Corley Gardens was the former site of Corley Nursery, consisting of 17 properties, 10 of which are market sale to the general public and seven for people from the parish – including three bungalows.

The Oaks was the former Youngs Builder Merchants and it is made up of 10 properties, featuring four and six-bed houses.

Work started on Corley Gardens in Church Lane back in 2015 with the removal of the garden centre buildings and then redevelopment at The Oaks in Common Lane began in 2016.

All properties come with integrated garages, underfloor heating throughout, large family rooms, award-winning kitchens by Kesseler, feature oak and glazed doors throughout, Villeroy and Boch sanitary ware, Hansgrohe showers and taps, built-in feature sliding wardrobes, a high quality alarm and CCTV system and car parking spaces.

A number of the homes have already sold at Corley Gardens and the second phase has now been launched.

An open house has also been organised for The Oaks to go ahead on Saturday, July 7 between 11am and 2pm, and everyone is invited to take a look around.
