The client is a director of a leaseholder association company for a block of flats, who entered into a contract with a management company who has failed to maintain the complex. Client wants to terminate contract but to complicate matters the management company is the company secretary and director of the leaseholder association, so we were instructed to provide an opinion on how to terminate contract and how to remove the secretary and director.
