Coventry based Band Hatton Button has achieved the accreditation following assessment by a Lexcel assessor.
Lexcel is developed specifically for the legal profession. It is a recognised accreditation scheme for law firms and in-house legal departments which gives assurance that a practice meets high client care and business management standards.
Having received a 99 per cent satisfaction score across more than 300 clients in the past ten months, Band Hatton Button entered the Lexcel assessment process with a view to achieving the standard, reinforcing their commitment to their clients.
Natalie Ormerod, Head of HR and Qualityat Band Hatton Button, who led the firm through the process, said: “We maintain rigorous professional, ethical and client care standards and are delighted to have successfully achieved Lexcel accreditation, which is true testament to that.
The quality mark covers an array of disciplines across the business, including our strategic plans, financial management, people management, and client care, so it really is a rounded assessment of everything we do.
At Band Hatton Button our purpose is to ‘deliver excellent legal services with a human touch’, and becoming Lexcel accredited is the perfect assessment of this and what we are all about. We hope that, now we have been through the procedures of the Lexcel standard, we will feel stronger as a firm and will continue to drive forward our successes and growth with our strategic plans very much in mind”.
