Digital client on-boarding process
We are now working and living in an age where technology is ever present and has become an essential part of our day-to-day lives. As a forward-thinking firm, we are always looking for new ways to improve our processes and embrace technology, whilst also ensuring that we deliver excellent legal services to our clients.
We have recently welcomed a new digital client onboarding process within our Residential Property department, provided by InfoTrack. This enables our clients to easily provide any initial information required upon instruction on a new Residential Property transaction. Our clients are now able to electronically submit their identification documents, complete any electronic forms or provide additional documentation which may be required during the transaction. We can also verify our client's source of funds if required for the type of transaction.
At the click of a button, our clients can begin to complete their forms immediately once instructed, without being required to physically attend the office or spend time printing/posting documents.
The onboarding technology used provides us with accurate and reliable digital checks which are fully compliant with the requirements set out by the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA), Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) and the HM Land Registry.
