We’re based in the centre of Coventry, at Earlsdon Park on Butts Road, and are conveniently situated at the heart of the national motorway network. Our office is a short walk from Coventry Railway Station and within a few miles by car or train of Birmingham International Airport and Birmingham International Railway Station.

Reach us by car

If you’re driving to our office, you’re welcome to use our parking. There are several options.

Four spaces are available at the rear of our neighbour, the Albany Theatre. To reach them, use the postcode CV5 6JQ. As you turn off the road, the spaces are immediately on the left and are clearly marked with our name. The route round to our reception on Butts Road is well signposted. These spaces are shown as P1 on our location and parking map.

There is also a multi-storey car park next to our office on Butts Road, postcode CV1 3BH, which you’re welcome to use. Please park in any available space. The car park is shown as P2 on the map.

Alternatively, there are pay and display spaces at the front of the Albany Theatre and Premier Inn, at 50p for half an hour. These are shown as P3 on the map.

Parking at the rear of the Albany Theatre and in the multi-storey car park operates by automatic number plate recognition (ANPR). Parking is free of charge when you visit us, but please register your vehicle with reception. If your registration isn’t logged, the car park operator may issue a penalty notice.

Reach us by bus

The 4, 4A, 6, 6A, 8, 8A, 45, 47 and S4 all stop almost outside our office, heading out of the city, around 30 seconds’ walk away. You can check times and routes using National Express Coventry’s journey planner.

Reach us by train

Coventry Railway Station is roughly a 10 minute walk from our office, and the city is well connected by rail to Birmingham, London and the wider West Midlands.

If you’re travelling to us by bicycle, there is a bike rack at the front of our building, which you’re very welcome to use.

Accessibility

Our reception and switchboard are open from 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. We can also arrange appointments outside those hours to suit you, as long as you book in advance.

The building has full disabled access and we have a suite of private meeting rooms. If travelling to us would be difficult, we’re happy to offer a home visit, or to meet you by video call on Teams, Zoom or a similar platform.
