Unacceptable Behaviour Policy

We do not tolerate threatening, abusive, or violent behaviour from anyone.

Examples might include:

  • threating language or actions
  • verbal abuse
  • racist, sexist or homophobic language
  • derogatory remarks
  • offensive language
  • rudeness
  • making inflammatory statements.

Under these circumstances, no member of staff should be required to or feel obliged to deal with any person who has behaved in such a way either face to face, over the phone or in correspondence.

Where unacceptable behaviour is observed, we will raise this with the person concerned. In cases where the unacceptable behaviour persists, escalates, or poses an immediate threat, we may take appropriate measures, including, but not limited to, blocking or restricting any further communications, restricting access to our services, terminating the client relationship, or involving legal authorities as appropriate.
