Band Hatton Button host Charity Ball for UHCW Dementia Charity

Nearly 200 professionals from the regions business community gathered to attend the Band Hatton Button Charity Ball on 12th May in support of the UHCW Dementia Charity, which raised an incredible £9,279.30.

The money raised during the evening will be used to support patients and families living with dementia to improve their quality of life and will fund reminiscence therapy, dementia dolls, memory software and creating a dementia friendly environment.

The glamourous evening, held at the Forest of Arden Marriott Hotel & Country Club, was also in celebration of 10 years of Band Hatton Button, following the merger of 3 of Coventry’s leading law firms; Varley Hibbs, Band Hatton and Button Legal in 2013.

With the firms previous scheduled Charity Ball cancelled due to Covid, Band Hatton Button were determined to make the night one to remember. The evening was hosted by JD from Free Radio Breakfast, and guests also enjoyed music from Violist, Vanessa Murby and were spellbound at the talents of Robert Fox, Mind Reader and Mentalist.

UHCW Charity Director Jo O’Sullivan said, “What a fantastic night! The BHB team did a brilliant job and have raised an incredible amount for our Dementia Unit. This will make a huge different to our Dementia patients, their families and the staff who care for them. Thank you so much!”.
