About Me

With over 25 years of experience in the Residential Department, I have built a wealth of knowledge and experience in residential property all types of residential matters. I understand that moving home can be an important and sometimes stressful time, so I aim to provide clients with a friendly, approachable, and efficient service from beginning to end. I take great pride in my work and in building strong relationships with clients, ensuring they feel supported and informed throughout their transaction.

My Role

On a day-to-day basis, I review contract documentation and other documents associated with the relevant transaction.  I understand how important good communication is when buying or selling a property, so I make it a priority to respond promptly to enquiries and ensure clients are kept fully informed throughout the process. I enjoy building a good rapport with clients and helping to make their conveyancing experience as straightforward and stress-free as possible.  As a Punjabi speaker, I am able to communicate with clients in Punjabi where preferred, helping to explain the process clearly, answer their questions and provide reassurance throughout what can sometimes be a daunting experience.

What I Enjoy Most

What I enjoy most about my role is communicating with clients and supporting them throughout their property transaction. It is particularly rewarding when a transaction completes smoothly and a client takes the time to leave a positive review about the service they have received. I take great pride in providing a high-quality service, always aiming to go above and beyond to ensure my clients feel valued, supported and well informed from start to finish.

I enjoy the variety of work that comes with my role, as no two transactions are ever quite the same. I am always keen to develop my knowledge, learn new skills and take on new challenges where possible. Even with many years of experience in residential conveyancing, I believe there is always something new to learn, and I welcome opportunities to broaden my experience and continue developing within my role.

Working with my colleagues in the office is one of the aspects of my role that I really value. It is rewarding to be part of a team where we can support each other, discuss any problems that arise and answer questions face to face. Sharing our knowledge and experience helps us work effectively together and ensures we continue to provide our clients with the best possible service.

Outside the Office

Outside of the office, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and keeping active. I particularly enjoy long walks with my dog and going to the gym, as keeping fit and healthy is a priority for me. When time allows, I also enjoy relaxing with friends, watching a good film and taking some quiet time out to read. I also enjoy travelling, discovering new places and experiencing different cultures, and I hope to have the opportunity to travel more in the future.
