A Charitable Year of Fundraising

Band Hatton Button is celebrating an impressive year of fundraising for local causes.

More than £7,000 was raised for charity by various departments over the last twelve months - including a prestigious charity ball in September that attracted over 200 people from businesses across the region.

Around £6,000 has been donated to the Heart of England Community Foundation - a charity which gives grants to support community projects across Coventry, Warwickshire, Solihull, Birmingham and the Black Country.

Money was also raised from staff playing their part in charity days throughout the year. This including the Macmillan Coffee Morning, the British Heart Foundation's Wear It Beat It, Jeans for Genes, Children In Need and Christmas Jumper Day for Myton Hospice.

Band Hatton Button also joined the Kenilworth Rotary Club as corporate members, and have helped to arrange a quiz night to raise funds for local charity the Inclusive Leisure Education Activities Project.

"This is a fantastic fundraising achievement and I'm incredibly proud of all of the team in what has been a phenomenally busy year," said Mark Moseley, managing director at Band Hatton Button.

"It's really important that we give something back to the local community, and I know that the team have further plans afoot to make their mark in the local community."
