How we helped
Our client is pursuing a claim for unpaid invoices for services provided. The Defendants allege that the contract of engagement was correctly terminated, and the claimant asserts it was not. There were two failed attempts at terminating the contract.
The client entered into a contract with the defendant in which the claimant provided services for the defendant company. The contract has not been terminated in accordance with the Contract, so the client continued to accept instructions and provide services. The client has not received payment of invoices since June 2015. The Defendants have denied liability and refuse to enter into mediation, so proceedings have been issued at court, and we currently await the sealed copies to affect service.
Over $360k, continuing to increase as invoices continue to be presented.
