Asked by client to provide a legal opinion on how to forfeit a residential Lease of a long leaseholder at a block of flats, now deceased, who in breach of the Lease sublet his property to a Housing Society, who then sublet the Property to a registered charity who have allowed homeless people, drug addicts and refugees to occupy the property on a short term basis who have caused nuisance to the other residents.
