About Me

I began my career in Business Administration before joining Band Hatton Button in 2012 as an Assistant within the Employment Department. Over the years, I have developed my career within the firm, transitioning into Human Resources and gaining extensive experience across all areas of HR, as well as becoming an Associate Member of CIPD.

My Role

Today, I am responsible for managing the day-to-day HR function for the firm, supporting both colleagues and management on a wide range of people-related matters.

My role covers all aspects of the employee journey, and I am passionate about creating a positive and supportive working environment and helping the firm attract, develop and retain talented individuals.

What I Enjoy Most

I enjoy building strong relationships with employees and supporting them throughout their journey with the firm, both personally and professionally. I find it particularly rewarding to help individuals develop their careers, achieve their goals and realise their potential.

I also enjoy the variety that HR brings, as no two days are ever the same. Being part of a positive and supportive culture is something I value greatly, and I take pride in playing a key role in attracting and welcoming new talent to the firm.

Outside the Office

Away from the office, I enjoy spending time on walks with my family and our dog, catching up with friends over a coffee and looking out for the next escape room to complete!
