About our Speakers

Jon Wilby

Jon Wilby is Head of the Litigation Department at Band Hatton Button and also compliance partner with partnership responsibility for client care, professional quality and risk management.

With almost 30 years' experience as a litigation practitioner, Jon's particular areas of specialism are commercial and business disputes, including in particular commercial property and related issues such as insolvency and debt recovery.

Jon has recently become the GDPR 'guru' at the firm and has been keeping abreast of the many developments as the regulation has been set, and is well aware of what it will all mean to businesses in the UK.

Dominic Wordsworth

Dominic is the senior technology consultant at Cyber Business Growth, responsible for bringing Cyber Security innovation to the marketplace in order to help organisations defend themselves against todays growing Threat Landscape.

With over 20 years' experience in Information Security and Networking, Dominic is able to speak on security issues with authority and subsequently translate critical and technical issues into an everyday language that is understandable across all aspects of the business and at every level from IT Support to CXO.

His primary focus is advising end users businesses of all sizes how to define their security posture using innovative solutions in order to protect their data, brand and customers whilst ensuring customers maximise efficiencies where possible through reduced costs, complexity and on-going management.
