Commercial Contracts

Whilst every business is different, they all have one characteristic which they share with others – they will enter into contracts with third parties.

There may be many varied contracts, which could include: agreements with suppliers, customers, agents, distributors, investors, banks, licensees, licensors, franchisees, partners, consultants, lessors, lessees and many others.

It is important for a business to correctly define its business relationships.  Taking the time to ensure that contractual arrangements are fully agreed and accurately recorded serves two functions, firstly, that the parties are more likely to have considered all aspects of their business relationship carefully and, secondly, that disputes will be resolved more quickly and cheaply.

Band Hatton Button LLP have considerable experience in advising upon, negotiating and drafting all types of commercial contracts.
