Retail

The retail sector is vast and diverse. Our lawyers at Band Hatton Button are specialists in advising retailers and have a strong track record in the sector.

Our lawyers work collaboratively to ensure we are giving advice that is tailored and unique to your situation.

Over recent years we have given advice to a range of high street retailers on such issues as commercial property, employment, company law and corporate services, financial, business agreements and terms of trading, protection of intellectual property rights and trading names, litigation and dispute resolution, debt recovery, etc.

For more information on how our retail team can help you, , please contact Philip Costigan, who leads our retail offering.
